As you can see from the layout of the site, it’s pretty damn outdated. That’s the first thing that struck us when reviewing it. However that really doesn’t take anything away from the model quality, variety and chat features which you’ll get lost in.
When browsing through the ever growing list of models, one of the most prominent features is the ability to skip any model that doesn’t get you fired up. You can also use their Auto Cycle feature that gives you the option to go through multiple chat rooms every few seconds or minutes depending on your filters.
The real beauty of MyFreeCams.com is the idea that you can browse any one of the group chats going on until you get bored, because you won’t be paying a penny. That on it’s own is worth grabbing a free account.

- Browse all models as much as you like, without even having an account, however you’ll notice that the cams are incredibly slow. This is done to encourage you to sign up
- Wide range of models from amateur to professional and transexual to straight

All shows are free, however in order to get the most out of MFC you need to buy and use coins in the group and private chatrooms. Coins can also be used for tipping.

The Pros [What We Like]
- It’s really old and trusted, so you know you’re not going to get ripped off like you would on maybe some newer sites that have less reputation
- Each model has a detailed profile so you can view their photos, see reviews from other cam customers and get to know them
- Very impressive amount of models online at any time of the day
- Models from all over the world, so you’ll never get tired of browsing
- Support is pretty good, we emailed them and they got back to us within 40 minutes, which makes you feel happy that you’re in good hands
The Cons [Drawbacks / Complaints]
- Jumpy cams with some models which can get a little frustrating
- Very old looking design which is almost off putting. The features are very outdated also, so it feels like you’re camming 15 years ago on an old Windows machine. They REALLY need to update it
Bottom Line
If you are a stickler for features and layout, then MyFreeCams is not for you. If you care mostly about getting a lot for your money and the amount of models to choose from, then you should use it, no question.
We really liked the basic feel and simplicity of the site, you get what you want quickly, but it’s clear that they don’t care about updating their platform to keep up with the times.
The community is very strong and there are a lot of cam regulars, so you’ll never get bored. The main takeaway is this… if there wasn’t such a large amount of models, then we wouldn’t even consider using it.
Would we recommend it? Maybe yes. There are way better sites in terms of features and usability.
